Nacreva Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nacreva, we take pride in creating luxury handcrafted swimwear designed to be treasured. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Include original packaging
  • Have hygiene protection intact
  • Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, sunscreen, sand, chlorine, or signs of wear
  • 30% restocking fee
  • No final sale items

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Limited Edition & Couture Pieces

Certain handcrafted couture styles featuring crystals, pearls, shellwork, or extensive hand-beading may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nacrevaatelier@gmail.com and include photographs of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Returns must be approved before being shipped.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
